الشروط والاحكام لتطبيق Eterna Mtgr

مرحبا بك في Eterna Mtgr. باستخدامك لتطبيقنا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والاحكام التالية. يرجى قراءتها بعناية.


1. قبول الشروط

استخدامك للتطبيق يعني موافقتك الكاملة على الشروط دي. إذا كنت مش موافق على أي جزء منها، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق فورا.


2. حساب المستخدم

  1. أنت مسؤول بالكامل عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك وكلمة المرور.
  2. لازم تكون المعلومات اللي بتقدمها عند التسجيل (مثل الاسم ورقم الهاتف والعنوان) دقيقة ومحدثة.


3. الطلبات والتسعير

  1. بنحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأي سبب، بما في ذلك عدم توفر المنتج أو وجود أخطاء مطبعية في التسعير.
  2. جميع الأسعار المعروضة في التطبيق قابلة للتغيير من غير إشعار مسبق.


4. التوصيل والاسترجاع

  1. تعتمد أوقات التوصيل على موقعك الجغرافي وتوافر مندوبي التوصيل.
  2. تخضع جميع طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال لسياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة بالمتجر، ويجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية ومقدمة خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.


5. الاستخدام المقبول

  1. يمنع استخدام التطبيق لأي أغراض غير قانونية أو احتيالية.
  2. يمنع محاولة التدخل في عمل التطبيق أو إلحاق الضرر بالبنية التحتية التقنية الخاصة به.


6. التعديلات على الشروط

بنحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الشروط دي في أي وقت. سيتم تحديث تاريخ "التحديث الأخير" أعلى الصفحة، ويعتبر استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق موافقة على الشروط المعدلة.
