Personal Information: Name, email address, and phone number when you create an account (required for app functionality).
Location Data: We request access to your location (optional and when in use) to accurately set and save your delivery addresses.
Photos: We request access to your camera and photo gallery to allow you to upload a user profile picture or attach images for product return requests.
Files & Documents: We request file access to allow you to download and save order invoices.
Device Data & Notifications: We collect Device IDs and request push notification permissions to send you order updates, promotional alerts, and display download progress bars for invoices.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

Processing your orders and delivering products to your address.
Managing your account and providing customer support.
Improving app performance and fixing technical issues.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We only share necessary data (such as location data and Device IDs) with trusted third-party service providers to operate our app efficiently. This includes Google Maps for routing, and Firebase for notifications and analytics.

4. Data Security

We implement strict security measures to protect your data. All collected data is transmitted and encrypted over secure connections.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to access and update your personal data. You also have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data via the "Delete Account" option available within the app's profile settings, or by contacting us directly.

نحن في Eterna Mtgr نلتزم بحماية خصوصيتك. توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية جمعنا لمعلوماتك الشخصية واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك لتطبيقنا المخصص للعملاء.

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها

المعلومات الشخصية: الاسم، البريد الالكتروني، ورقم الهاتف عند إنشاء حساب (بيانات مطلوبة لعمل التطبيق).
بيانات الموقع الجغرافي: نطلب الوصول إلى موقعك الجغرافي (اختياريا وأثناء استخدام التطبيق فقط) لتحديد عنوان التوصيل بدقة.
الصور: نطلب الوصول إلى الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور للسماح لك برفع صورة لملفك الشخصي أو إرفاق صور عند تقديم طلبات إرجاع المنتجات.
الملفات والمستندات: يتم استخدام صلاحية الوصول للملفات لتتمكن من تنزيل وحفظ فواتير طلباتك.
بيانات الجهاز والإشعارات: نجمع معرفات الجهاز (Device IDs) ونطلب صلاحية إرسال الإشعارات لتزويدك بتحديثات الطلبات، وتنبيهات العروض، وإظهار شريط التقدم أثناء تنزيل الفواتير.

2. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

نستخدم البيانات المجمعة للأغراض التالية:

معالجة طلباتك وتوصيل المنتجات إلى عنوانك.
إدارة حسابك وتوفير دعم العملاء.
تحسين أداء التطبيق وحل المشكلات التقنية.

3. مشاركة البيانات مع جهات خارجية

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. يتم مشاركة بعض البيانات الضرورية فقط (مثل بيانات الموقع الجغرافي ومعرفات الجهاز) مع مزودي خدمات موثوقين لدعم عمل التطبيق، مثل خدمات خرائط Google لتحديد العناوين، و Firebase لإرسال الإشعارات وتحليل الأداء.

نحن نتخذ تدابير أمنية صارمة لحماية بياناتك، ويتم نقل جميع البيانات المجمعة وتشفيرها عبر اتصالات آمنة.

5. حقوقك وحذف الحساب

يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية وتعديلها. كما يحق لك طلب حذف حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به تماما من خلال خيار "حذف الحساب" المتاح داخل إعدادات الملف الشخصي في التطبيق، أو عبر التواصل معنا وسنقوم بتنفيذ طلبك فورا.
